课程介绍

       商业分析师(Business Analyst,BA)职业目前正以惊人的速度成长,国际商业分析师CBAP认证提供专业系统分析和商业分析技术的应用以协助企业降低项目风险。当众多公司导入商业分析放到项目中时,商业分析专业人才需求也逐年增加。    

       国际商业分析协会(The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)目前正致力于推广国际商业分析师认证(Business Analysis Certification Program)。旗下两个主要的认证获得企业的不断认可,一个是CBAP认证考试,一个是CCBA认证考试,两者难易程度略有不同,
      CBAP认证培训课程将着重讲解商业分析师应该了解的各个知识领域及工具的使用,甫崎CBAP认证培训将兼顾实战应用及认证考试,讲师至少具有15年以上商业分析师从业职格。
